We particularly love this area of Elba, which offers many vacation opportunities for all tastes: from peaceful days of relaxation immersed in nature to the vibrancy of the trendiest spots.

Immersed in the enchanting beauty of the Elban landscape, Villa Colle is a romantic property recently renovated with special attention to preserving the charm of traditional rural houses on the island.
Offering a unique and comfortable holiday experience, it can accommodate up to seven people in three tastefully furnished bedrooms.
The villa is located on the edge of the Natural Park, in a slightly elevated position on Colle di Palombaia, just 1.5 km from the beautiful Marina di Campo and on the road to Fetovaia and San Piero.
Its quiet and secluded location, as the last building at the end of a private road, offers an experience of absolute peace and privacy.
- The house is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, and microwave to ensure maximum comfort for our guests during their stay.
- Additionally, we offer some bicycles free of charge for guests to explore the beauty of the area.
- To make the stay even more comfortable, we also provide an iron and ironing board, as well as clothes racks for laundry.
- The cleaning of the house is included in the booking cost and also includes a thorough disinfection upon arrival.
- We offer our link for a discount (from 20 to 30%) on ferry prices at the time of booking.
- Upon request and subject to availability, we provide a camping cot for children up to 2 years old at a cost of EUR 40.00 per week.
- Wi-Fi is available free of charge for all our guests.
We remind you that it is important to follow the following rules to ensure a pleasant stay experience:
- Booking is only possible for FULL WEEKS, with arrival and departure scheduled exclusively on Saturdays (unless otherwise agreed).
- It is FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE throughout the property.
- The booking is intended for family units, groups of friends will not be accepted.
- Unfortunately, we do not accept PETS.
- PARTIES, EVENTS, or other forms of gathering are not allowed.
- It is forbidden to HOST UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS or those not registered in the booking.
- The maximum allowed occupancy is SEVEN PEOPLE, including the pull-out bed in the small bedroom. No extra beds are available.
- Please note that sheets, towels, and blankets ARE NOT PROVIDED. Remember to bring them from home. We may have basic kits available upon request and with an additional payment at Check-In.
- CHECK-IN is from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, while CHECK-OUT must be done by 9:30 AM on the departure Saturday.
- A SECURITY DEPOSIT of 300.00 euro in cash is required at check-in and will be returned at check-out.
- The minimum age to make a reservation and stay is 21 years.
- Please respect a quiet time from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
